Course overview

Over 8,000 non-fatal injuries happen in the workplace each year in Ireland. Therefore, at least one person must always be available to deal with any potential accidents or injuries.

Our 1-day First Aider training is designed to educate a designated individual within an organisation and provide practical skills to deal with emergencies. The training explains the role of the First Aider and introduces best practices in the event of an accident or injury at work.

Completing this course will enable the designated first aider to carry out appropriate first aid in an emergency at work.

Certification: Successful students will receive a certificate of completion from All Ireland Safety for attending basic emergency FA at work courses.
